Given the varying processes across states, including but not limited to Oregon and Washington, delays may be caused by state-mandated DMV procedures. As we deliver vehicles nationwide, please note the following: State-Specific DMV Requirements: Certain states, including Oregon and Washington but not limited to, mandate physical (wet) signatures for some documents. This requirement may lead to processing delays for title transfers, registrations, or lienholder releases due to state-mandated procedures. Third-Party Compliance: Delays may also arise from third-party requirements such as lender approvals or documentation corrections. While PDX Cars and Trucks will work diligently with all involved parties, we cannot be held responsible for delays that result from these external processes.
